Q: Door won't stay locked. When I go out on the external side of the door it says locked but I can still open it.
A: Hi, the reason for this situation is likely due to incorrect installation. There is an arrow on the inside of the front panel that needs to face the side of the door opening (you can see the installation video we provide).
